1. Bike mechanic
Revo Bikes is looking for a bike mechanic to join the team in Wales. Reporting to the director, the successful applicant will ideally be Cytech qualified, have good IT skills and above all have a thorough understanding of why the company all rides bikes and wants to share this passion with its customers. Retail experience would be highly beneficial but a positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to work and life is a must. 2. Physiotherapist
A highly motivated and professional physiotherapist is required to join the growing facility at BW Cycling in Bristol. There is a clinic area and also rehab gym facility on site. Applicants must be qualified and have interest in cycling and other disciplines such as triathlon and running. The ideal candidate will be very organised and able to manage their time efficiently. 3. Assistant manager
Cambridge Cycle Co is looking for a new assistant manager to join its Cambridge shop. To fulfil this role, you will need to be a good all rounder, enthusiastic about working with bikes and have a strong sales background, ideally gained within the cycle industry. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a high level of self-motivation. Familiarity with epos systems and social networking is essential. An aptitude for repairing and preparing bikes would be advantageous. The role provides the ideal opportunity for those seeking more responsibility and to further their career in an expanding small company where you are treated as an equal partner rather than a number. 4. Customer support
British e-bikes manufacturer VOLT is currently looking for a motivated candidate to join its busy team. The role will primarily involve fully managing the support/troubleshooting of customer technical issues, managing spare part stocks, sending out spare parts to customers for repairs, and forecasting spare part future purchase requirements, in-store PDI’ing of bikes ready for collections, walk-in customer repairs, and general technical assistance. Candidate attributes should include being clear and well spoken for supporting customers over the phone as well as on a face to face basis and being proactive, with a systematic approach to managing and closing down tasks. 5. Teaching mechanic
Life Cycle UK is recruiting for the position of teaching mechanic for its successful Derby projects including Bike Back Derby.  This is an important role and the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for delivering a range of cycle maintenance courses, Build a Bike courses and Dr Bike Surgeries to a range of adults in Derby City; and refurbishing bikes for sale. You will be an excellent bicycle mechanic, with strong experience of working on a wide range of bikes, particularly older bikes.
