Raleigh MD Pippa Wibberley welcomes host of new-starters

Raleigh UK has hired a host of new staff in 2017 including appointing new MD, Pippa Wibberley.

Wibberley has been a key driving force in the consumer-centric direction of Raleigh UK and ss part of the company’s growth strategy, there has been a substantial investment in new skills and expertise across all areas of the business.

Recent changes at Raleigh include the implementation of a new consumer service team, which will ensure consumers receive a ‘best in class’ service at every touch point with their purchase journey. Tasked with leading the team will be Andy Naylor, who joined the business as consumer services manager.

Naylor comes from Vaillant and will be challenged with ensuring the consumer services team become industry leaders in service. Naylor has a wealth of experience in customer service as well as in the digital services arena, specifically customer experience optimisation via digital channels and operational improvements enabled by digital platforms.

Supporting the consumer growth plan alongside all areas of the business is the newly formed role of business intelligence manager, filled by Daniel Oakley. Daniel joins Raleigh from Vaillant where he worked across business and marketing analysis. Whilst at Vaillant, Naylor also worked on a companywide CRM project which was focussed on standardising processes across multiple countries. Alongside his analytic background, Naylor also has a degree in Accounting and Finance.

The latest recruits in the digital department include front end developer, Oliver Cox and digital marketing executive, Rachel Aylott. She joins from digital marketing agency Gravity Digital. Aylott has a host of digital marketing expertise across areas such as email marketing, social media management, SEO, adwords and web design.

Front end developer, Cox has a wealth of experience in the design industry including creative design and print, but specialising in digital design and UX. Cox will be responsible for improving Raleigh’s online presence and communication with customers including email, website usability and digital interactivity.

Raleigh brand image is being driven by new photographer Katelyn Pickford. Pickford joins from Kurt Geiger , where she worked as their e-commerce photographer . Her accolades include a Vice Chancellors commendation from renowned arts university Norwich University of the Arts. She has also won D&AD New Blood Award for a brief set by Nokia and has had features in magazines including Dreck, 205dpi, Vaga, Intern Mag, Splash and Grab.

Wibberley commented: “I’m really excited about the new team members we’ve had join the business in recent months. The diverse range of skills and expertise we now have here at Raleigh UK is going to ensure the success of the business. The skillsets really align with our objectives of supporting our network of IBD s and the consumer led growth plan we are implementing with the help of Accell. This marks a very exciting new phase of the development of Raleigh UK.”
