1. Brand merchandiser
An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, ambitious and commercially astute merchandisers to join the team at ZyroFisher. 2. Head workshop mechanic
Wildside Cycles is now under new ownership and is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bicycle head mechanic to join the team in its busy shop in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Wildside Cycles has a large workshop and run a fast-paced store with huge growth potential. The ideal candidate will need to have workshop experience building and repairing bikes to a high safety standard. Applicants need to be friendly and enjoy interacting with customers on a professional and courteous manner and like working as part of a large team. They’ll also have plenty of initiative and own ideas about how to run the workshop and make it profitable. 3. Internal sales
Silverfish is looking for a new internal sales individual to join its team in Cornwall. The role will be one of the key links between Silverfish and its customers, and will involve all aspects of sales and general customer support. The role will be office based and will be responsible for taking and processing sales orders, managing existing sales accounts and also making direct sales calls to the distributor’s dealer network. The successful candidate will be a capable salesperson but also capable of working to robust processes and procedures. 4. Workshop technician
Wheelbase is looking for a motivated individual with a desire to learn and a passion for bikes to join its busy workshop team in Staveley, Lake District, LA8 9LR. The location is one of the UK’s largest cycle stores, so the successful applicant must be able to manage their time will. Experience is advantageous but not essential. A positive and team-playing attitude is crucial to cope with the demands of the busy store environment. 5. Junior copywriter
Sigma Sport is looking for a new junior copywriter to join the team in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of content including digital, social and print. They will work within Sigma Sport’s busy digital content team and be based at its head office in Esher. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking to connect their working life with their passion for cycling. The job will include working within Sigma Sport’s team of editors writing unique and engaging content, managing a large amount of copy with varying deadlines and publication dates, researching and testing products and producing engaging and informative written content for products on digital platforms, helping the customer make an informed decision.
