1. Global communications manager
CLIF is looking for a new global communications manager to be based out of Madrid, Spain. Reporting to the global marketing manager, the candidate will develop and implement the company's global marketing/PR/online communications strategy and plan. This will include writing top quality editorial and consumer content in English and Spanish on
products and events on the corporate web page, on social networks, in advertising and promotional campaigns. It may also include creating content for product packaging, trade leaflets, displays, and training materials. 2. Sales mechanic
50cycles is recruiting a new sales mechanic to be based out of its new Twickenham showroom. The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of the workshop and must be able to complete relevant service work as required. This will include working closely with the 50cycles team to ensure the customer is kept up to date and jobs are completed on time. They must also be ready to work in the showroom and deploy their charm and knowledge to help customers select between the most exciting e-bikes available anywhere. 3. Warranty/ technical/ service advisor
Silverfish is recruiting a new warranty/ technical/ service advisor to be based out of Saltash, Cornwall. The primary purpose of this role is to process all warranties within the advertised timeframes whilst offering a first class service through communication and technical expertise to the customer, dealer and on occasion, the manufacturer. The role includes the repair and service of identified products, technical support and a general ability to think fast and assist in product related problems when they occur. The individual must be enthusiastic about Silverfish products and have a vast mechanical knowledge about Cycles. A recognised certificate in cycle mechanics would be an advantage. 4. Account manager
Chicken CycleKit is looking for a new account manager to cover the South of England. The successful candidate will be based in the south and spend a significant amount of time on the road, visiting independent bike dealerships.  The role will require a substantial technical knowledge of, and interest in, road bikes, components, and accessories. It would best suit an individual who is energetic and organised, with a very pronounced service ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. 5. Cycling warranty and customer service tech
Go Outdoor is looking for a new cycling warranty and customer service tech to join the cycling team within its support centre in Sheffield. The successful applicant will be the point of contact for stores and customers for all bike related questions and technical advice. They will also act as the contact for Go Outdoors’ own brand bikes and work with the own brand team on quality control process and implementation. Main Responsibilities will include providing customer service for the cycle department, providing warranty contact for own brand bikes for Go Outdoors stores and customers and helping to create quality control and warranty process for own brand bikes.
