1. Mechanic
Get A Grip Bicycle Workshop is looking for a full time or part-time mechanic for its small and friendly but busy workshop in Clapham, South London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Cytech two or above qualification, a minimum of two years of experience, they must be a good and effective verbal communicator with excellent customer service and retail experience and they must work very well under pressure whilst demonstrating excellent time management experience. 2. Sales assistant
Owing to continued growth, ASSOS is currently recruiting for a sales assistant to join its retail team in the UK. The role will be based at the brand new ASSOS flagship store situated in Regent Street, London. As a Sales Assistant you will be expected to offer the ‘ASSOS experience’ to all our customers, greet and converse with customers, identifying the customer’s needs, build rapport with customers to encourage return visits, process transactions and other till related tasks, merchandise and maintain general housekeeping in the store and represent ASSOS at events. 3. Buying and operations assistant
Extra UK is looking for a buying and operations assistant to join its young, friendly and highly motivated team in this key internal role based at the Extra UK sales and marketing office in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Due to the detailed nature of this role, the successful applicant must have strong numeracy skills, a working knowledge of IT systems and excellent attention to detail. Main duties and responsibilities will include assisting the operations manager with day to day buying and operational duties, order processing and management, stock file admin and management, liaising with vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliveries and maintaining/updating internal records for accurate reporting needs. An exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a friendly family-run importer and distributor of bicycles, parts and accessories has come up. Working within the independent retail sector for Reeces Cycles, the successful candidate will be maximising sales opportunities by developing new customer relationships and providing excellent services to the shop’s existing customers. 5. Order management assistant
TartyBikes is looking for a new member of staff to take care of a range of roles, including but not limited to, order picking / packing, unpacking and checking off incoming deliveries from suppliers, basic workshop tasks such as bike assembly. The position will see the candidate working within a small team of enthusiasts, all of whom also have a wide range of workplace skills. This means that tasks are often shared around to ensure variation in employee’s daily work - as such, further responsibilities can be added to the role in future. The successful candidate should have good communication skills and be accurate in their work.
