1. Shop manager
Rutland Cycling is looking for a shop manager to join its team. In this key role, the candidate will be assisting the store manager to effectively manage and maintain its profitable and sales driven Histon store in Cambridge.  Working closely with all team members, the candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care, both in the workshop and on the sales floor. To fulfil this role, the candidate will have a strong sales background, ideally gained within the cycle industry, including management of a team of staff, with the ability to deliver on store KPI’s, as well as the achievement of budgeted sales and profit targets. 2. Quality controller
Ofo is looking for a new quality controller to join its team in London. Main responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of incoming materials, in-process product and outgoing products is compliant with the quality rules by following up the procedure, work instruction and quality flow, being authorized to make decisions / judgement on quality of material and product, controlling nonconforming materials, product and processes and making relative reporting to the supervisor and management, working with production and engineering departments on process /quality improvement and handling responsibility in general jobs by following requirement of department. 3. Workshop manager
Ride On is looking for a new workshop manager and head mechanic who will report to the CEO and trustee board. Assistant mechanics and volunteers, whilst on site, will report to you. The business is located in Exeter and the surrounding area of the South West. The main role is to manage a safe environment, deliver refurbished bicycles, all training and outreach services and lead a team of dedicated staff and volunteers. 4. Sales
BSpoke Tours and Cycling for Softies are two interconnected cycling and walking holiday brands with tours across Europe in Italy, Croatia, Portugal, Austria, Slovenia, France and Germany. BSpoke Tours and Cycling for Softies are summer sister companies to Ski Solutions, a leading winter sports tour operator. The companies are looking for an enthusiastic sales expert with one to two years’ experience within travel. They need to be keen to further develop their career and support the growth of the activities holiday division. Roles and responsibilities will include responding to all telephone and email sales enquiries within agreed timescales from direct customers and travel agents, ensuring that all leads are followed up and a high conversion rate of bookings is achieved in relation to targets and providing expert advice and customer service. 5. Mechanics
South Downs Bikes is looking for two full time mechanics to join its busy team in West Sussex. Both shops lie within the lea of the beautiful South Downs and tremendous opportunities exist for cycling and exploring the highways and byways. Cytech level 2 is a minimum requirement and the ability to work in a team is essential. The candidate will also be required to interact with customers on the showroom floor so product knowledge of our key bike brands is absolute.
