The job includes liaising mainly with Orange’s existing dealer network and directly with the consumer, handling warranty claims and enquiries, both foreign and domestic, carrying out repair and warranty work required to fulfil the claim, documenting any warranty/recall work to help with continuous improvement within the business., fulfilling re-paint jobs from booking in to re-assembly and dispatch, returning parts to Orange suppliers for any warranty work to be carried out and offering customer service, advice and after sales support for enquiries received by phone, email and social media. The brand is looking for a driven, self-motivated, account manager to help grow its customer base and strengthen relationships with existing dealers. The ideal candidate will be independent and results-oriented with a strong account management track record. They must be focused on securing, maintaining, retaining and growing a profitable account base. Merida is looking for a strategic thinker with the skills and ability to agree and execute plans with customers based on their business needs. Cycle shop manager
Big Bear Bikes is looking for a new cycle shop manager to join the company. The shop is a Trek, Cannondale, Orange, Frog & Storck dealer specialising in personal services such as Bike Fit and one to one guided demo rides for full-suspension and E-MTB customers. The right person will be a passionate rider with mountain and road bike sales experience and a wide knowledge of the cycle industry. Technical and mechanical knowledge would by useful, particularly a Cytech qualification, as would other cycling specific qualifications. The ideal candidate will be used to multi-tasking in a busy shop, with an eye for detail to ensure the shop is merchandised to high standards.
