Senior mechanic

Back on Track Bikes is looking for a highly experienced senior mechanic to join the team. Responsibilities will include maintaining a well equipped and well-ordered workshop including safety and stock control. The job will involve a wide variety of cycle repairs and servicing, including suspension servicing and hydraulic brake repairs on a wide range of high-quality bikes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for assisting with sales and shop tasks as necessary. The position is full time, and the shop is looking for a highly professional individual, preferably Cytech Level Two or above to take a lead role in its busy workshop. The right candidate will have the ability to work on a broad spectrum of cycles whilst efficiently managing their time and workshop stock efficiently. It is also essential that they are a great team player. Cycling Sports Group is looking for a new demo and training coordinator to work in its Dorset office. This is a varied and flexible role for an enthusiastic and energetic individual. This is essentially a communication and education role to empower employees, customers and end users with the relevant level of information on the company’s products to help maximise sales. The candidate requires a strong understanding of the features and benefits of all bikes in their respective categories – plus requires adequate technical skills of bikes in general, including suspension set up to effectively manage demo events. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills –both written and verbal – and a passion for helping people learn more about the company’s products both in large groups and on a one on one basis. Web content manager

Ubky Ltd is looking for a new web content manager to be based in its Oxford store. The ideal candidate for the job will have lots of energy and get excited by quality bikes and components. The job is ideal for someone who is bike obsessed, passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated to manage Ubyk’s national and international websites from its Oxford store. The successful applicant must have previous experience working with online content. They will be responsible for the acquisition or creation, uploading and maintenance of online content, managing and coordinating the web team with regard to procuring all necessary content, including product information, images, prices, offers and optimisation.
