Senior mechanic

Back on Track Bikes is looking for a highly experienced senior mechanic to join the team. Responsibilities will include maintaining a well equipped and well-ordered workshop including safety and stock control. The job will involve a wide variety of cycle repairs and servicing, including suspension servicing and hydraulic brake repairs on a wide range of high-quality bikes. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for assisting with sales and shop tasks as necessary. The candidate requires a strong understanding of the features and benefits of all bikes in their respective categories – plus requires adequate technical skills of bikes in general, including suspension set up to effectively manage demo events. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills –both written and verbal – and a passion for helping people learn more about the company’s products both in large groups and on a one on one basis. Web content manager
