BikeBiz Awards - Celebrating Excellence
May 2
When BikeBiz publisher Intent Media announced earlier this month that it is to hold an awards event, the news created a flurry of response from the trade.
And thankfully, most of it was positive, with all sectors of the market welcoming the news that the industry would get a trade awards event that truly recognises the teams, companies and products that make the UK bicycle business great.
Taking place at the prestigious Café Royal in London on the evening of Thursday October 9th (the evening of the trade day at Cycle Show), the BikeBiz Awards will celebrate all corners of the market, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, marketing, sales, product innovation and media. Some 14 awards will be handed out on the night by comedian, author and broadcaster Bob Mills. Make sure you don’t miss your chance to be one of the lucky winners…
THE BIKEBIZ AWARDS CATEGORIES – AND THE LOBBYING PROCESS
BikeBiz will choose five Finalists per category. The team will make the decision on the Finalists based on soundings from all areas of the trade, plus lobbying by companies who feel they are eligible for the award.
To lobby, simply provide a brief summary of why you or someone else should be considered for a particular award. Lobbying is open now and runs until June 27th. Finalists will be announced in the August issue of BikeBiz, followed by a dedicated brochure celebrating all the Finalists in September.
Email Lisa.Foster@intentmedia.co.uk to lobby.
