Description:

The Company: Reece Cycles Plc is a family run bicycle importer and distributor supporting independent bicycle dealers 100% since 1970s.

We are located in Birmingham City Centre and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team.

Your roles include but not limited to:

  • deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • handle and resolve customer complaints, return and credit arrangements
  • obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • provide pricing and delivery information
  • process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments and sales representatives
  • manage customers' accounts
  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • record details of actions taken
  • general admin duties

Skills required:

  • Bicycle product knowledge
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on ‘can do’ approach
  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner
  • High level of accuracy
  • Can work under pressure and able to multi-task
  • Excellent organisational skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
