Tiso Group are looking to recruit a Cycle to Work Co-ordinator to be based at our Head Office in Edinburgh. This role will also involve some travelling; including attending roadshows and employers benefit days at workplaces around Scotland to promote the Cycle to Work scheme. The scheme is one of the key drivers of the cycle trade and is an area of development and focus for the business.

The role

Reporting to the General Manager of Alpine Bikes you will be responsible for growing the Cycle to Work area of the business through existing contacts and generating leads to create new business opportunities for cycle to work. You will be the main point of contact for all cycle to work queries from employers as well as handling key elements of administration for the scheme.

This role will involve getting out and about in Scotland speaking to workplaces in Scotland to create more business opportunities in order to grow the cycle to work element for the business. This will involve presenting the benefits of a cycle to work scheme in the work force. Also holding workshops to new and existing employers that have signed up to the scheme.

Ideally the successful candidate will come from a proven sales background where they have experience of generating leads to create new business for the company.

About you:

Must have a keen interest in cycling Be experienced in managing and delivering projects to deliver outputs and achieve successful outcomes Knowledge of the cycle to work government scheme and be able to promote the benefits of cycle to work to new employers An interest in sustainable transport would be beneficial Be familiar with Cycle Scheme, Halfords Cycle2work and Cycle Plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Powerpoint/Excel/Word/Outlook Must be willing to work flexible hours on occasions due to events and travel round Scotland The ability to make responsible decisions The ability to work on own initiative The ability to work under pressure and work to deadlines
