Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing telephone support to our rapidly expanding account base of independent stores.
Reporting to Office Manager
Location South Queensferry, Edinburgh
Main duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process incoming orders
- Provide advanced technical support to customers and colleagues in your specialist area
- Strive to deliver on all email and phone KPI’s to maximise the performance of customer services
- Provide support to external sales representatives to ensure the best possible service to retailers
- Attendance at events and demo days as required, dealing with both trade and public enquiries
- All other duties required by management

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 4 GSCE’s Grade C and above including Maths & English or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience within a customer service or sales environment
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Desirable Criteria
- Good knowledge of bicycles and accessories
- Keen interest and enjoyment of sport of cycling

- Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
- Positive attitude and flexible approach to set tasks
Rate of pay Depending on Experience
Hours of work 38.75 hours
Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm
Weekend work will be required for shows and events when needed
