Helix is a new retail store opening in Dorridge, Solihull. We love everything about swim, bike, run (and adventure too!) and we have made it our mission to be the ‘go-to’ place by handpicking the very best products in the market from the top brands. We’re here to excel in customer service, helping customers with the kit they need, how to train, where to go for support, which events to sign up to, what the latest products are and more. What we are really about is sharing our passion for sport by bringing the local community together regardless of ability and by providing an awesome, first class service to our community, from repairing bikes, analysing running gaits to giving advice on what customers need.
We are looking for a dynamic store manager who will lead a new team in delivering awesome customer service across swim, bike, run, adventure and our services. You’ll ensure the whole team welcome and advise our customers and have an eye to detail ensuring the shop floor is merchandised to high standards. As this is our first store, we are looking for an experienced store manager who has the ability to make decisions, motivate and develop their team, manage budgets, drive sales and margin, understand figures and suggest actions and improvements to drive the customer experience. You’ll also be responsible for rota’s, controlling costs, reconciling the till.
