Mike Poyzer assigns his UK trade mark to US owner of American Classic
Mike Poyzer of Super Cycles, owner of the American Classic trade mark for bicycles and parts in the UK since 2001, has assigned the American Classic trade mark to Bill Shook Designs, owner of the same registered trade mark in the US.
As part of the deal, Poyzer also agreed to remove his opposition to the European trade mark application made by the assignee, which had been stalled for a year during negotiations.
Super Cycles of Nottingham will no longer distribute American Classic branded products in the UK or elsewhere. American Classic products will now only be available via Bill Shook Designs.
