Chitech and Mattel link for Barbie and Hot Wheels ranges

Kids' bikes, trikes, scooters and skateboards on the way
Chitech Industries has joined forces with toy manufacturer Mattel to create a new range of Hot Wheels and Barbie branded bikes and trikes.
Chitech sales and marketing director Maxine Rushton said: “Partnering with leading brands such as Barbie and Hot Wheels is testament to Chitech’s expertise in the design and production of premier sporting goods.”
Mattel Brands licensing director Claire Atherton commented: “We are delighted to be working with Chitech and look forward to strengthening both the Barbie and Hot Wheels licensed portfolios with an exciting range of high-quality outdoor products.”
The range will be available to retailers from January 2010. Stylish accessories including helmets, knee and elbow pads will also be available.
