Vote Nicole Cooke!

The Welsh wonderwoman has made it on to the shortlist of ten sports stars for this year's BBC Sports Personality of the Year. Cooke is a previous winner of the Welsh Sports Personality of the Year but this is the first time she's been on the main shortlist.
Sadly, there's no online voting so no chance for the usual concerted email and website campaigns from cycle-related websites.
Instead, the public can vote in 'Strictly Come Dancing' style, by telephone or text message. However, unlike 'Strictly Come Dancing', the voting takes place on the night only.
The shortlist also includes golfer Darren Clarke and tennis player Andy Murray but there's no obvious shoe-in for the top-spot because there are no footballers on the list.
The programme will be broadcast live from the NEC in Birmingham on BBC One from 7pm.
Why vote Cooke? Her dominance of the sport is overwhelming and she had a stonking 2006.
