Universal Cycles bought by Sports World owner?

Mike Ashley is reported to have taken an 80 percent share of Universal
Reports of the deal first circulated last week. BikeBiz contacted Universal at the time but has had no response to date.
It's understood the buy-out leaves 20 percent of the company in the hands of brother and sister Gavin and Sarah Markscheffel.
Sports World is a stockist of Muddy Fox bikes, a brand owned by Universal Cycles, which is the UK's biggest distributor of bikes.
