Best-selling road cycling magazine unveils a new look

Future’s Cycling Plus has been given a redesign, aimed at widening its appeal to anyone who is passionate about cycling, whatever their level. This year saw the magazine celebrate its seventh consecutive ABC rise.

The sharp, clean new look includes a redesigned logo and move to bound production. The magazine will now feature more bike reviews, tougher tests, evocative features and nutrition, fitness and training advice guaranteed to help readers get the best out of themselves and their bike.

Editor of Cycling Plus Rob Spedding said:

“We are really pleased with the new look for Cycling Plus. The redesign is less about changing the magazine but more about building on our successes and giving our readers more of what they want.

Did readership research point you to the changes you needed to make? What is your circulation? What is your readership? Did you outsource the new design template then use your own crew to produce the new look with the help of a specialist designer? Have you tested the new design with focus groups? If yes, did their comments change any aspects of focus in story or picture layouts?
