Quick vid of IBD mechanics getting HeadShok training from Cannondale
Cannondale offers an annual course for its IBD customers, providing one to one hands-on training on their latest technology.
Conducted in two UK locations the most recent coursewas run by Cannondale HeadShok engineer Larry Westney of the European-wide HeadShok service centre and Wim Buyvoets from Cannondale’s European service team.
The day allows mechanics to fully service each product with close guidance from the Cannondale team. A very brief vid of the day can be skim-viewed on Cannondale's Brightcove site.
Westney said: “It’s important that mechanics are confident and that our HeadShok products aren’t overlooked in this”.
Retailers in attendance on the latest courses, and now qualified to service the latest HeadShok products, included Evans Cycles, Leisure Lakes, Chelmer Cycles, Addiktion Cycles, Alpine Bikes, Wheelbase, Ken Foster’s Cycle Logic, Garland Cycles, Haxby Cycles, Renhams Cycle Centre, Bike It, Bicycle, Westbrook Cycles, Bike & Run and Chevin Cycles.
