The North American brands specialist to bring in Turner Bikes
Silverfish has signed an exclusive deal to distribute the complete range of Turner Bikes to the UK cycle market.
Turner Bikes is owned and run by Dave Turner who has been designing and producing high end mountain bikes for over 15 years.
The 2009 range benefits from the knowledge and skills of bicycle suspension design guru Dave Weagle.
"Both Turner and Weagle have slaved over the new 2009 DW-Link suspension range of frames and created the most talked about bicycle range in years, both in terms of design and handling," said Silverfish MD Darren Mabbott.
"Having the only DW-Link DH frame in 2009 is going to be massive for Silverfish. We cannot wait for product to land in the UK and to get riding."
Stock is expected to start landing in November.

Just finished a conversation with a UK industry figure who commented yet again about how many plugs silverfish get on BB. Being as most people dont want to make this kind of coment due to the fact they fear adverse publicity I thought I might as well beg the question how come whatever they do at Silverfish gets reported yet many other people in UK bike industry complain of sending news in which never gets reported. So on behalf of all those too scared to ask, what has Silverfish got the rest of UK suppliers hasnt.

I suspect it's really cus Silverfish's PR's are better than most though.

Could it be that Silverfish is (a) doing something newsworthy and (b) has the commonsense to tell us about it.
It always surprises me when people say we're not covering *their* story and it turns out they haven't told us about it.
We're not clairvoyant.
