Halfords takes on Urban Mover electric bikes

Bikes to be stocked online via Halfords.com
Halfords has boldy stepped into e-bike sales by taking on the Urban Mover range, which it will be retailing exclusively online at Halfords.com. The range will still be stocked at IBDs in the UK, however.
The retail giant is now promoting the range, touting E-bikes as an eco-friendly way to travel, but without the need to get 'hot and sweaty'.
The full range will be available online, including the £769.99 UM44L - the cheapest in the range.
Then there's the UM26S Premium Folding Electric Bike, available for £929.99. This model features five-speed Sturmey Archer hub gears, full suspension and an advanced Dahon folding mechanism, making the bike a perfect solution for inner city commuting or those with limited storage space.
Urabn Mover's offering appears to top at at £1149.99 with the UM44S Hybrid. This model provides 40 miles from a single charge via a Panasonic Lithium battery.
