BionX ramps up US presence

E-bike firm sets sights on becoming leading electric brand in America
BionX has joined forces with Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) to give the electric brand greater focus in the American bicycle market.
The deal was struck at FrostBike, QBP's annual dealer show, and BionX said the agreement was a huge step forward in its plans for US growth. A plan of activities has been created to boost the brand in America, including in-store demos, regioanl test centres, staff training and marketing support.
Vincent Lamoureux, BionX global sales and marketing director, said: "QBP is a true market leader and we’re very pleased to have the opportunity to have been identified as a key brand and to be able to participate to their exclusive and proven VSM program.
"With access to their extensive and dynamic US dealer network, we’re confident that we can take the lead in growing the American e-bike market."
BionX recently joined the Utah-set Press Camp event.
