Saturday December 20th is expected to be the busiest shopping day of the year
International credit firm Visa has announced that tomorrow, Saturday December 20th, is set to be the biggest day for UK retailers this Christmas.Visa expects over £750 million worth of transactions to take place throughout Saturday, and has even pinpointed what it expects to be the busiest five minutes of the day – between 12.15 and 12.20pm – when Visa expects a whopping 42,000 transactions to take place every minute.
