Duo arrive on bike-powered sofa to launch traffic-free ride
Thousands of cyclists took to the streets of Scotland's largest city this weekend for Skyride Glasgow.
The ride was the latest in a series of Sky and British Cycling-led events encouraging people to get on bikes, with rides taking place on car-free streets across Britain's cities.
Cycle Olympian Sir Chris Hoy opened the event with TV presenter Lorraine Kelly, both arriving on a cycle-powered sofa.
Evans Cycles, Adidas, Gatorade and Drench all attended the event. The current Miss Scotland and other celebs also took part in the 8.1km traffic-free ride.
