Germany-based event to highlight growing category for the cycle trade

According to the Eurobike show organisers, the world's of cycling and compression clothing are getting ever closer.

Compression specialists Skins and X-Bionic have produced new collections that are designed specifically for cyclists, and a number of other manufacturers have jumped on board the sector, many of which will be shown at the Eurobike Fashion Shows.

Compression clothing aims to increase athletic performance through tight-fitting elastic clothing that exerts pressure on the wearer’s muscles to accelerate regeneration.

Compression clothing will feature alongside other genres of cycle-specific clothing at Eurobike's regular fashion shows. The 2010 collections from Scott, Shimano, Gore, Ciro, Pearl Izumi, Parentini, X-Bionic and Vaude will be exhibited three times every day, at 11am, 2pm and 4pm.
