Law changes regarding discipline, dismissal and grievance
Several law changes relating to disciplinary matters, dismissal and grievance issues take effect today.
As pointed out on the ACT website, the revamped legislation should provide a more efficient system for dispute resolution, which, with any luck, will reduce the need for employment tribunals by enabling disputes to be resolved in the workplace.
