John Grimshaw, M.B.E., founder and former Chief Executive of Sustrans adds a C.B.E, “for services to the development of the National Cycle Network."Robert Chicken, founder of R. J. Chicken and Sons, receives an M.B.E., “for services to the cycle industry.”
