1.Area sales manager
Hargroves Cycles is recruiting a new area sales manager for its Southampton head office. Helix Sport is looking for a new store manager who will be based in the West Midlands. It is looking for a dynamic store manager who will lead a new team in delivering high-quality customer service across swim, bike, run, adventure and the company’s services. The ideal candidate will ensure the whole team is welcoming and advising customers. They will have an eye for detail to ensure that the shop floor is merchandised to high standards. As this is Helix Sport’s first store, it is looking for an experienced store manager who has the ability to make decisions, motivate and develop their team, manage budgets, drive sales and margin, understand figures and suggest actions and improvements in order to drive the customer experience. Ubyk is looking for a new mechanic to join the team in Brighton. It is looking for someone with lots of energy that gets excited by bikes and componentry. Someone who is bike obsessed, passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated to work as a Mechanic in Ubyk’s Brighton store. The ideal candidate will need to have at least two years experience in the servicing and maintenance of bikes (both road and off road). They must have good technical knowledge and be aware of current trends and technologies, as well as being able to work well in a team and being willing to help the sales team when required. 5.Sales assistant
Abbotts Ann Cycles is looking for a new sales assistant to join the team in Hampshire.The shop requires a full-time member of staff to join a small but dedicated team. Duties will include cycle sales, accessory sales, workshop booking and loading. Previous experience in a retail environment –preferably cycle related – would be an advantage but a thorough knowledge and interest/enthusiasm in all things cycling are essential, as are excellent communication skills and a high regard for customer service.
