1. Mechanic
Bike Switzerland is looking for a new mechanic to join its team in, you guessed it, Switzerland. This position will require a flexible person who is comfortable with menial tasks such as cleaning bikes and sorting equipment, as well as more demanding work building up and servicing premium road bikes. The shop is looking for a mechanic with at least two years of sales and service experience. Although you’ll spend most of your time in the workshop, the applicant should also be prepared to deal face-to-face with clients for sales and/or servicing. 2. Bike shop manager
CJ Performance Cycles, a rapidly growing family business with a growing online presence, is looking for a hard working/hands on person with at least three years’ experience in the cycling trade; experience of management or a supervisory role is preferential.  As the shop manager, you will provide coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability whilst exceeding customer expectations. 4. Senior mechanic
Cyclelink Services is looking for someone to take a leading role in its fully-equipped workshop which is at the heart of its business and benefits from natural lighting. The company needs an experienced mechanic who is keen to develop their career and take a leading position within a dedciated team. The role is that of a senior mechanic with general responsibility for the best operation of the workshop. You will need to have good people skills including an ability to nurture the skills of the rest of the mechanics. As the company runs an open workshop, you will be customer facing and will need to be able to explain the work you are carrying out in a friendly informative manner.
