1. Communications and PR Officer – MOORE LARGE

Derby-based distributor Moore Large seeks a confident and talented individual to be actively involved in the expansion of its marketing and communications team. This family owned business, with a turnover of £22m in the leisure sector market, is looking for an inspiring individual to develop, manage, support, and monitor all marketing communication activities for the business. They will ensure marketing strategies and brand messaging is implemented across all digital, social, and print platforms. The right person will have technical and digital marketing skills, and be passionate about bikes, ideally with a business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification. 

2. Account Manager (North) – GREENOVER

Greenover is looking for a self-motivator with a proactive, can-do attitude to take over as Northern Account Manager. The role will be based from home and out on the road, and the successful candidate will have a customer-centric mindset and a hunger to grow the brands to their full potential. Among other tasks, the Account Manager will be responsible for new business development, the introduction of new accounts, delivering brand training to their dealer base, and developing marketing strategies.

3. Bicycle Mechanic (Windsor, Ontario) – VELOFIX WINDSOR

If you’re looking to relocate, then this is the job for you. Velofix Windsor is looking for a bicycle mechanic to operate their Velofix van in the Windsor area of Ontario – the southernmost city in Canada. The mechanic will have the advantage of an area which has many big city amenities, juxtaposed with loads of new bike trails, wonderful restaurants and many green spaces to enjoy. If you are passionate about cycling, have strong mechanical skills for both road and mountain bikes, and you enjoy working directly with people, this unique position may be for you. They will work from a fully-customised Mercedes Sprinter van, completely outfitted with all the tools and parts required to provide an exceptional service experience for customers. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must, along with a recognised bicycle mechanic qualification. Additionally, being able to manage time and scheduled appointments is paramount.

4. Full Time Mechanic/Service Advisor – SOUTH DOWNS BIKES

South Downs Bikes, a well-outfitted store in West Sussex, is looking for a full-time mechanic and service advisor to be the face of the Storrington brand. Candidates should hold a minimum Cytech Level 2 qualification, and Di2 experience is a must. Knowledge of EPOS and software systems is helpful, as using these will be essential. 5. Group Purchasing Manager – TREDZ

The Tredz headquarters in Swansea are seeking a Group Purchasing Manager to join their purchasing team, a pivotal department with a spend of £30 million. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies, crafting negotiations and closing deals with optimal terms. They will manage a team of ten and a supplier base of 90. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. The pay will be roughly £30K, depending on experience, with 28 days holiday, a sickness pay policy, pension scheme with employer contributions, salary sacrifice scheme access, life assurance, and a staff discounts scheme.
