4. Deputy manager
Alpine Bikes is looking for a new deputy manager to join the team in Aberdeenshire. The successful candidate will have a proven record of team leadership including delegation, prioritisation and people management skills and the ability to inspire staff towards providing consistently high levels of customer service. Ideally, candidates will have bike industry knowledge, be proactive, be willing to run the store in the absence of the Shop Manager and having a Cytech qualification would also be an advantage. The Cyclexperience Christchurch, Dorset team are now recruiting for an experienced full time mechanic and sales person to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, service and set up of bikes, providing excellent customer service. They will have an eye for detail and work well as part of a busy team. It’s important that the successful applicant has experience in working on all types of bikes. Cytech qualifications are an advantage but not necessary. Sales will also be an essential part of these rolls and candidates will be required to have a positive customer facing manner and experience in sales.
