Canyon goes touchy-feely at own show

Online-only German brand to stage "brand experience" at Brooklands in Surrey.

Canyon is to stage a "brand experience event" in March. The German consumer-direct brand will invite consumers to see its bikes in the flesh over two days at Mercedes Benz World at Brooklands in Surrey on the 24th and 25th March. 

Canyon will be occupying over 1000m2 of exhibition area where more than 40 Canyon bikes will be on display including some of 2018 road and MTB models alongside some of the brand’s concept bikes. 

Canyon UK market manager Nick Allen said: “Because of the size of the space, we’re able to offer Canyon fans and potential customers the opportunity to get up close with a huge range of our 2018 bikes and check out iconic bikes from Canyon’s history.” 

Consumers will also be able to test ride some of the bikes in a demo tent outside the main building. And there will be talks from Canyon athletes and engineers.

Canyon will also be hosting an exhibition of photography by Tino Pohlmann marking eleven years of Canyon bikes being ridden in the pro peloton
