Assistant manager – Sonder & Alpkit

Mechanic – Cycle Power

We are currently looking for a mechanic for our bike shop in Surrey. This will be a full-time position working 5 days a week including Saturdays. We provide a competitive salary, generous staff discounts and a cycle to work scheme. The candidate must have previous experience of working as a mechanic in a bike shop and will ideally be qualified to Cytech 2 or equivalent. Responsibilities will include servicing, repairs and bike assembly. Providing customer quotes, booking in stock and bikes for repair. Liaising with customers face to face, online and on the telephone. You will be required to maintain a suitable level of industry knowledge and development. If you have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of great customer service. Happy to work Saturdays. Are self-motivated with good time management skills and happy to work within a team.

Product manager, parts and accessories – Cycling Sports Group

Cycling Sports Group, a division of Dorel Sports owns some of cycling’s most iconic brands such as Cannondale, Schwinn, GT, Fabric and Charge. We are committed to developing and selling innovative bicycles, parts and accessories through our diverse brand portfolio. An exciting opportunity has arisen for Product Manager to establish a comprehensive business strategy to achieve sales and growth in multiple sales channels. They will also be required to establish short and medium-term goals and strategy for the development of parts and accessories to ensure brand vision and corporate objectives are met for the market. If you are qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant Product Management experience, including experience in the cycling industry and ideally working with European and Asian markets, we would love to hear from you.

Sales account manager – Dennis Publishing

We are looking for a passionate and skilled sales professional to join the Specialist Division at Dennis Publishing, representing the market-leading Cyclist brand. As a sales account manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the commercial success of the Cyclist brand within the Specialist division. You will be required to devise and implement your own account strategy across a broad patch of tier-one cycling and lifestyle clients, maximising revenue across all platforms including print and digital display, partnerships, and events. Utilising the resources of all other Dennis departments, you will be required to offer the highest level of insight, industry knowledge and strategic solutions to your clients.

Bicycle Mechanic – Bristol Bicycles

Bristol Bicycles and Jake’s Bikes is an independent shop in central Bristol offering servicing, repairs and cycle hire. We are seeking to appoint a new staff member to our team of five to build new Bristol Bicycles, and to assist with servicing and repairing customers’ bikes, as well as serving customers in the shop. This is primarily a workshop role, It is best suited to someone with excellent attention to detail, strong practical skills and at least three years of experience as a professional bike mechanic. The work includes building all models of Bristol Bicycles including e-bikes, and servicing and repairing a wide variety of customers’ bikes. You will be responsible for delivering the work on time and to set quality criteria, including meeting productivity targets. You will also assist with the management of Bristol Bicycles stock levels, ordering stock from our suppliers as required.
