Raleigh has selected ACT Training Ltd to train Cyclelife staff.

ACTT train Cyclelife staff

Cyclelife is the new Raleigh retail concept rolled out in Dundee and Bristol so far. There was a lead news story on Cyclelife in last months print mag and theres another one in the issue due out Weds/Thurs.

Phil Rickaby, Raleigh P&A Manager, commissioned ACT Training to write

bespoke course material to fit with the Cyclelife goals.

We realised the training needs some time ago but we wanted a specialist training company in the cycle industry to work with. ACT Training was the obvious choice and it has proved an excellent one. Their people have been very professional, exceptionally quick and the training has been received by all staff in a way we did not think possible."

Colin Rees, the ACT marketing consultant, took over responsibility for ACT Training earlier this year. He believes the specially-written training package will be a winner for Cyclelife:

This was not a job for the boys, it needed a very caring attitude, one which adjusted to the different levels of staff well and using highly applicable material to enhance the aspects of Cyclelife thinking. So far, delegate reception has been overwhelming, long may that continue."
