Alex wants to increase its European marketing and promotional efforts, both for Alex branded rims and the wheelset product range under the Aclass brand name.
Hornsey will focus on increasing brand and product awareness at OE, IBD, and consumer levels.
“Alex Rims and Aclass wheels have a very well established reputation for innovation and quality. They also have very forward-thinking philosophy towards with regard to product design, direction and strategy," said Hornsey.
Alex Rims, which manufactures in factories in Taiwan and China, will continue to handle sales and service through its head office in Taiwan.
