Beta version of Grit.cx now live

A beta version of new cyclocross title Grit.cx is now live, with registration gaining access to an early version of the site.

The full version of the website is due to go live shortly, with Eurobike coverage set to be among the first content. Eight staff from the singletrack and Grit.cx team are set to report from the show.

Publisher Mark Alker told BikeBiz: "It’s in beta stage at the moment which means that not all features are live. The front registration page will come down on Tuesday to allow the unregistered public to see our Eurobike coverage.
Subscriptions will go on sale in early September giving full access to Premier website features, plus the digital mag via the Grit.cx app that will launch in mid September. Subscriptions will be £15 annual, or £1.50/month."

Inside the first week, Alker told BikeBiz the numbers are as follows:

38k page views so far to 3.8k unique users
1,059 registered users in first week
70k ad impressions served

The site also has a forum, which the publisher hopes will become a hub for cyclocross riders.
