BicycleNation acquired by Havebike

Havebike has acquired BicycleNation, a London-based bicycle servicing provider. BicycleNation currently operates pop-up servicing workshops in the City of London as well as operarating a market stall in East Dulwich.

"Havebike will now bring their excellent quality, professional bike servicing to BicycleNation’s clients in the City, while the market stall will continue to operate under the BicycleNation banner, offering the same friendly and professional service to local clients," said Havebike MD Nick Brown.

The acquisition also extends Havebike’s collect and return service to BicycleNation’s customers.

Brown added: “BicycleNation worked hard to build a business in a challenging sector. We are delighted to be able to build on that good work and offer their customers our unrivalled levels of quality and professionalism, while maintaining the same friendliness and accessibility that they are accustomed to.”

Bicycle Nation MD Luca Rado said: “I am proud to see Bicycle Nation continue under the stewardship of Havebike and I am looking forward to working with the Havebike team to ensure the seamless integration of the two businesses."

Havebike currently has bike servicing contracts with the City of London Police, London Ambulance Service, the London Cycle Hire Scheme, HSBC, Bank of America, John Lewis, News International and the Financial Times.
