Initial attendance figure is up 15 per cent for trade-only event

Bike dealers queue up for Core Bike 2011

The popularity of Core Bike has grown to an all-time high, the show organisers have told BikeBiz.

Pre-registration was 15 per cent higher than in 2010 and dealers queued to get into this year’s edition of the trade-only event.

Elaine Curtin said: “This is the first time I’ve seen bike dealers queuing outside the door at Core. They’ve been getting here early to spend a long time at the show.

"Pre-registration was up 15 per cent and attendance appears to be up by that amount too. Attendance seems to have been consistent for the weekend and in the week too and our exhibitors are happy.”
