The eighth Bike PressCamp will be staged in Deer Valley in summer 2016, the seventh time the brand-to-editor schmoozefest has picked this Utah ski resort. The event will again be staged out of the Silver Baron Lodge at the base of the Deer Valley Resort, close to Park City.
Park City has 450 miles of MTB trails. Bike PressCamp is now ownded by ECRM, an events management company.
"After a very successful 2015 PressCamp Summer interest as been strong with brands and media alike already committed to participate," said Lance Camisasca, ECRM’s vice president of Sports.
CamelBak, Kali Protectives, Ridley Bikes, and Enve are some of the brands to recommit with PressCamp. CamelBak has been at all eight events, the first of which was staged in Sun Valley, Idaho.
Participation in PressCamp is limited to 25 brands, and there are a maximum of 25 editors and other journalists.
Bike PressCamp Summer 2016 will be held alongside Outdoor PressCamp.
"This alignment will allow us to bring both event’s attendees together for strategic networking opportunities, while still offering individual, intimate and targeted media attention at each respective event," said Camisasca.
