This year’s Bike PressCamp has started in the Deer Valley Resort, near Park City in Utah. This is the eighth annual staging of the event in Deer Valley. Bike PressCamp was first staged in 2009 in Sun Valley, Idaho.
The four-day event – hosted at the Silver Baron Lodge – involves condo-based morning sessions with indivudal editors, and afternoons are spent riding bikes. Deer Valley Resort offers ski-lift access to the surrounding Wasatch mountains, and the Park City region is an IMBA gold-level ride area.
Brands present at the 2017 PressCamp include 3T, Alpinestars, Bag Balm, Campagnolo, Kenda, Camelbak, Boyd Cycling, Neil Pryde, Kali Protectives, Thule, FSA, Ridley, G-Form, Cyclone Bicycle, Factor Bikes, Black Inc. Wheels, Zipp, and Pivot Cycles.
Bike PressCamp is now run in tandem with Outdoor PressCamp, with the first evening meal sponsored by fastenings brand Boa Technology, which straddles both markets.
