BikeBiz is in the process of being acquired by the Datateam Media Group, a specialist publisher in the B2B space.
The proposed acquisition is due to complete in early January.
All BikeBiz staff will transfer over to the new business, and we will continue to operate our website, magazine and social media channels as normal.
At present, out of respect for TUPE regulations, we are unable to go into further detail about the change.
