Issue 72 brings with it a factory tour with Abus, Mystery Shopper in the Midlands and much more

BikeBiz’s January print edition now live

BikeBiz’s January print edition is now live and readable online here, or downloadable in pdf format here. Our flashy new iPad edition is also available for download here.

All three Digital Edition formats are sponsored by Grit.

Our 72nd issue was the second magazine we’d sent to print in December, but that doesn’t mean it’s not full with fresh content. In fact, BikeBiz’s editor squeezed in a factory tour with German manufacturer Abus, as well as opening the magazine with some optimistic thoughts on what 2012 will bring.

The trade were also quizzed on their thoughts for the year ahead on pages 17 and 18, with both retail and distribution perspectives offered from prominent trade figures.

We’ve profiles with electric bike brand Freego (page 20) and insurance claims specialist and retailer Wheelies Direct (page 23).

Deeper into the magazine there’s analysis of both the online auction websites increasingly interested in bikes, both new and used, on page 27/28. There’s also a look at mobile phone retail on page 56, which asks is it worth following the likes of Wiggle, Halfords and CRC into this handheld shopping space.

If you’ve yet to sign up for CoreBike you’d best be snappy and click here. Meanwhile, take a look at what to expect from our exhibitor guide spanning pages 30 through 42.

Dragon’s Den success story Kiddimoto is profiled on page 45.

There’s plenty more original content too, so grab a brew and have a flick through.
