Bohle UK has been on its present site at Condover near Shrewsbury for 13 years. The move to a new, hi-tech distribution centre will be complete by the end of May. Some warehouse tasks are already being handled in the new facility.
The new facility is on the Hortonwood Industrial Estate near Telford, 20 miles east of the Shrewsbury site, but still close to the A5.
The 25,000 square feet distribution centre uses thelatest wire-guided, fork lift trucks with on-board computers that will speed up both order-handling and efficiency.
Bohle UK will get a new telephone number but this has yet to be provided by BT.
