Batribike is now offering a three year battery warranty on all its carrier or down tube mounted batteries.
It will cover all new bikes sold from 1st January.
The warranty matches that of its Danish Promovec hub and centre motors.
Batribike has said it is confident in the quality of the bikes and believes that it offers the “best warranty in the industry”.
The warranty is also transferable to a new owner.
Steve Coulson, managing director of Batribike, said: “This is great news for our dealers, it gives them the opportunity to encourage owners to upgrade to a new Batribike model in two years.
“The second hand bike will still have a one year battery and motor warranty that can be passed on to the new owner, either via trade in or private sale.”
