BIKE HUB: BA lists supporters, ditherers and no-shows

The UK's bicycle levy scheme - now known as Bike Hub and with red artwork available for letterheads, invoices, mastheads and business cards - has been a cash-levering success even before its October 1st kick-off. Because most UK bicycle companies are participating in the levy, the Department of Transport released £1m for the marketing of cycling. Here's the list of companies which have signed up for Bike Hub, which have yet to commit and which are going out on a limb by not participating >>>

A fat, personal donation has been pledged by:

BikeBiz.com, Bikemagic.com, Future Publishing, IPC Magazines, Velovision, Singletrack, and Procycling.

The undecideds are:

Those companies choosing not to participate are:

The Bicycle Association is, slowly but surely, contacting many other UK bicycle companies to find out if they will participate and a more comprehensive 'with us/agin us' list will be published on BikeBiz.com within the next two weeks.

Patricia Morris, secretary of the Bicycle Association, would like to hear from any companies not mentioned above who would like to go on one of the above lists, preferably the first.
