World debut for range being held at Silverstone in January

Canada’s 7mesh debuting autumn 2016 apparel at Bike Place

Canadian brand 7mesh Apparel is making its first UK show appearance at The Bike Place show later this month, holding its global debut of its autumn 2016 collection at Silverstone.

Now in its second full year, 7mesh is based in Squamish, British Columbia where its team has brought decades of leadership experience at brands like Arc’teryx and Assos North America to creating "the most advanced, innovative and progressive riding apparel anywhere".

The firm said that Squamish is a perfect testing ground for cycling apparel with world-class riding on singletrack, endless unpaved forest roads and the world famous Sea to Sky highway to Whistler. Their design and prototyping shop sits in the heart of this cycling scene, so it can test, evolve, and perfect designs for apparel to suit every type of ride and conditions, from wet, cold, and windy to epic long, hot summer days in the mountains, it added.

“We’ve already had great response from media and shops in the UK for our clothing,” said 7mesh Director of Sales Bobby Howell. “We’re excited to be exhibiting at The Bike Place and having the chance to meet more shops and show our full range of road and mountain bike clothing.”

Along with staff from 7mesh head office, UK reps Giles Cundell and Duncan Schwier will be on hand to present the range. Bike shops may schedule appointments by emailing giles@sport-factory.eu or duncanschwier@icloud.com.
