Brompton Dock and City Car Club have teamed up so that their members can benefit from reduced membership fees with the other company. Members of Brompton Dock can now register with City Car Club for £1 and vice versa.
City Car Club cars are available around the clock and can be booked by the hour or day. The cars are located in several Brompton Dock towns and can be booked online or by phone in advance, or at the last minute.
Mark Antwis, managing director of Brompton Dock, said: “Folding cycle hire and car sharing so obviously complement each other; it makes perfect sense to us that our companies should be working together to encourage more sustainable solutions to travel.
“This partnership with City Car Club means that even those who chose not to own a car or don’t always have access to one can use a Brompton for these types of journeys.”
