Commencal has told BikeBiz that Decade Europe will distribute its bike line beginning June 1st.

Headed by Max Commencal, one of the most successful downhill mountain bike designers in the world, the Andorran company had been without representation in the UK for several months.

Stephane Pons, Commencal sales manager, said: “Decade Europe is one of the most dynamic distribution companies in the world, and we’re confident that they’re going to do a magnificent job. As well as our established collection of mountain,
BMX and commuting bikes, we also have some new models in the pipeline too, so this is a very exciting time for Commencal, Decade and our UK riders.”

Stock will not be available until early July, though pre-orders are invited as of tomorrow (June 1st).

Matt Yeo, general manager at Decade Europe said: “Commencal produce some of the best riding, and best-looking bikes in the business, so to have them on board is a huge coup for us. We’re looking forward to offering the entire Commencal range to dealers throughout the UK.”
