Core Bike releases 2017 stats

The organisers of Core Bike have announced that over 1350 dealers from 680 businesses attended the 2017 edition of the annual trade show.

Over 250 brands were on display this year, with new exhibitors such as ZyroFisher, Magura and Exposure joining the Core group. The event continued to grow in size with dealers viewing the latest products in an expanded floorpsace inside the grand Whittlebury Hall venue.

Magura UK sales and service manager Tony Barton commented: "The 2017 Core Bike Show was an excellent show for Magura/Bosch and exceeded our expectations."

Ison Distribution MD Lloyd Townsend, added: "We had the best Core show event that we’ve had for a number of years, the focus and commitment that we could deliver to those dealers that attended reflects the close partnerships that Core set out originally to deliver to dealers some 12 years ago. Very simply – we were able to spend quality time with our dealers – whatever their size."

ZyroFisher head of marketing Jonathan Sherwood added: “Our first year representing ZyroFisher at Core Bike has been a great success; feedback from our retailers and brands has been overwhelmingly positive. The unique format of the show is clearly a favorite with retailers. It was great to expose our portfolio of brands to such a wide range of IBD’s over the three days of the show.”
