Cycle Surgery’s Women’s Evening Series is back for 2015

For the fourth year running, Cycle Surgery is to host its Women’s Evening Series, free events designed to help customers get the most out of their ride and aimed at all abilities of cycling.

A series of ‘interactive pods’ will include hints and tips like how to confidently fix a flat, demos on how to keep bikes clean, safe and road ready from Muc-Off and cycle nutrition advice and samples from Torq. Sponsor Liv will explain what to wear on long rides and in all weathers to keep cool, dry and comfortable in the saddle. Customers will also be able to give cleats and SPD pedals a go in the safety of a turbo trainer on the ‘Try Clipping-In’ station.

The series starts in a few days time:

2/07 Cycle Surgery Victoria – 6-8 pm

14/07 Cycle Surgery Holborn 6-8 pm

29/07 Cycle Surgery Bishops Square 6-8 pm

5/08 Cycle Surgery Southwark Bridge 6-8 pm

Cycle Surgery said: "To ensure that the evenings are even more enjoyable, guests will be able to take advantage of on-the-night discounts and special offers and will be welcomed with Souli fresh juices and salad pots, cakes and a glass of bubbly. Plus, the first 50 to attend will receive a free goody bag to take home!"
